Our nurturing sessions include modified yoga poses, breathing awareness and relaxation techniques to ease mums-to-be through pregnancy and labour.
We encourage a deeper connection to yourself and your baby, bringing a sense of calm and releasing any anxiety you may have.

No previous yoga experience necessary, suitable from 12 weeks up until childbirth!
We offer courses and weekly drop-in sessions are also available, subject to space.

Loose, comfortable clothes.

I provide everything you need for the sessions such as mats, cushions, bolsters and blankets. Feel free to bring anything of your own if you prefer.
