Tone, Restore and Energise with Postnatal Recovery Yoga

Our friendly and informal sessions focus on strengthening your core and pelvic floor muscles as well as your back, shoulder and neck. A great way to tone, stretch and re-align your postpartum bodysafely.

Reconnect with your body and calm your mind in those early months with a new baby in a relaxed atmosphere. 

Speed up your postnatal recovery and leave feeling energised.

Suitable after your 6 weeks check if you had a normal delivery or after a C-section once you get the ok from your doctor to start gentle exercise again.

Babies are welcome. Feel free to bring any equipment you may find useful such as a baby gym, bouncer, pram, car seat, extra toys etc.

What to wear:

Loose, comfortable clothes. 

What to bring:

I provide everything you need for the sessions such as mats, cushions, blankets and blocks. Feel free to bring anything of your own if you prefer.
