My name is Anna and I am a certified Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Baby Massage, Baby Yoga and Toddler Yoga Teacher, Closing the bones practitioner and a Sound Therapist.
I have qualified as a pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher through Yogacampus in London with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, renowned pregnancy yoga teacher and author.
I also hold an Integrated Diploma in Baby Massage and Baby Yoga with Mamababybliss and trained as a Toddler Yoga teacher. It is fully accredited by the Association of Independent Professional Therapists International (IPTI), one of the leading associations for complementary therapies in the UK.
I am CRB checked and fully insured through IPTI (Independent Professional Therapists International).
I have been practising yoga myself since 2000 and during all three of my pregnancies I practised pregnancy yoga almost daily. Pregnancy is such a special time in a woman’s life that I feel very privileged to teach it to so many women.
I am a very proud mummy to a beautiful boy who was born in September 2011.
We went to several Baby Massage as well as Baby Yoga classes and enjoyed them very much. When we started building Massage and Yoga into our daily routine we discovered so many amazing benefits. I then felt very inspired to share that with other parents. I also became mum to two beautiful girls, one in July 2014 and another in January 2018, they both absolutely loved their daily massages and yoga practises.
After giving birth, I believe a new mother needs to be nurtured and that’s exactly what I offer with my Closing the Bones Massage Ceremonies and Sound Healing Massages.
I feel very special to work with pregnant women, mothers and their babies and toddlers during such an important time in their life.
I also really enjoyed volunteering for my local NCT branch in Welwyn Garden City as a Parent Support Coordinator for some time.
